Fitness Inspired Boot Camp™

Goal:

Weight Loss, Inch Reduction, Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength Improvement, All-Over better strength and performance.

Length of Program:

One month long with phenomenal RESULTS in a short time! During the course of the month: meet with your Boot Camp group an average of 3 times a week and be be led in 12 different workouts to inspire you to change and push you to YOUR potential! Along with the group workouts, you will meet with your accountability group (3-4 people) and do specific workouts weekly.

The Plan:

Be inspired, whatever your age or fitness level is by working out side by side with your Boot Camp team. Food Plan, Accountability, Great Workouts, and RESULTS!!
