fi® Rock Star Status!

fi Rock Star Status is the journey and title this fi success celeb has embarked upon. Since starting in October 2008 he has lost more than 9 inches from his waist, lost over 40 lbs, forever lost his "moobs" as he calls them, and dropped sizes and belt loops beyond belief.

He attributes his success to "1) My teammate, partner in crime and wife (all Donna!), 2) Wrath of Kiersten! Kidding! Although you don't let up with the challenges and that was much needed. Plus you're a lot of fun. 3) Being jumpstarted with a strict, but still delicious menu and realizing I find all things wholewheat or turkey-based delicious."

He has completely changed his body and the discipline given to his health translates into his art, work, and friendships!
