When she first heard about fi® Boot Camp she thought this could only be for extremely fit people, but she says she began to believe in herself from our first phone call. Could she ever do it and then some! From her first Boot Camp her results rocked and she kept off the weight and inches with Alumni and then she would hit it again with another fi® program.
