Carol Nelson-Long has more than surpassed everyone's expectations. Her friends and family cautioned her that fi Boot Camp would be just too much for her, living with MS. That was not the answer Carol had for her next 4 weeks and consecutive months following. She not only strived and graduated from Boot Camp, but she IMPROVED her strength beyond what exercise science could explain. Her sheer heart and will-power explains her continued physical prowess with two more Boot Camps. A motto that has spurred her on in life is "I have MS; MS does not have me."
