The hardest thing for me at a time like this is the unknown. And right now is no different. I have been hearing from some of you and we are having a cocktail of fears, uncertainty, overwhelm, and big emotions. My best strategy that I have to reverse this spiral -is to get into action. Physical action and strategic action to take even the smallest step forward will help!
No one would blame you right now for shutting down, living in a state or overwhelm and trying to firefight all these issues that may or may not even come true. But I think we can agree that’s not going to serve us. So let’s do this thing! And each day let’s choose courage and get into action.
Let’s get into action together and focus on the foundations that will keep us and our families healthy and strong (mentally and physically).

Do you ever have a day like this? You start the day off on the wrong foot, feeling or being a few steps behind, and then you end up looking back at your day, frustrated realizing you were putting out little fires all day long!
I sure do! And it's so frustrating. It sets the mood for the day and the domino effect has been put into motion and it's hard to come back from it.
I wanted to come up with a plan to have very few of these kind of days, no matter how many variables there were. I started taking better notes of what was different on the days that I felt like I rocked it and the days that I felt like I was running a race from behind the whole day. And here's what I noticed--
When I do these 3 things first/early, I have a better day the entire day! I feel inspired and in the right mindset to rock out the day. I believe this can do the same for you! Maybe you will decide to join me? Or maybe you will be inspired and tweak it to fit you. Here's what my three are:
