February Boot Camp wasn’t just about reps, heart rate, and stamina — it was a month-long Generosity Experiment that reshaped how we give, how we show up for ourselves, and how we love the people already in our lives.
Boot Camp became an incubator for tiny missions of good: surprise-and-delight acts, loving the ones we’re with, and seeking out chances to shift momentum for ourselves and others. Our guiding question for the month: “If we give more to ourselves and others, will we end up with less… the same… or more?” What we discovered together was powerful The Power of Acting Before You Feel It A major win across the board was the simple awareness of opportunities to be generous — and the magic that happens when you act on them right away. Boot campers consistently shared:
The Ripple Effect: Home + Work + Family One of the most beautiful outcomes was how deeply this month touched people’s real lives:
Giving Without Spending Money We learned (and relearned) that generosity isn’t only monetary:
One boot camper reflected that doing for others made her feel good, even when the gesture was small. Another loved the chance to challenge herself by doubling a tip or donation. Several plan to keep this practice going monthly. Stronger Bodies, Stronger Hearts Of course, the physical results this month were incredible too:
We learned that according to some experts, 11 consecutive military push-ups is a gold standard of strength. Boot campers not only hit that number — some doubled it — and many more are quickly on their way with alignment, power, and no compensations. That is something to celebrate. Emotional Strength: Staying in the Game A special shout-out goes to the boot campers who had to miss a session(s) due to medical needs, but refused to fall out of the rhythm. Staying in the game — showing up in whatever capacity you can — is a victory that deserves recognition. One boot camper said she was proud of herself for “keeping going even through the dips.” Those are the moments that define real strength. Surprise + Delight → Real Joy The Surprise & Delight missions weren’t only fun… they genuinely changed people’s days:
Community That Has Each Other’s Backs One of the strongest themes this month was how deeply this group supports one another:
A Month That Changed Us February Boot Camp taught us:
I am unbelievably proud of this team: Your strength. Your spirit. Your dedication to each other. Your willingness to grow. Your generosity that inspires me every single day. Here’s to everything we built in February — and to the ripple effects still to be seen.
