The Fitness Inspired Boot Camp theme for August was all about the invitation to savor, notice, and expand through this month's--workouts, healthy habits, food plan, and mindset shifts.
Another common thread this month, in people's personal coaching sessions, reflection in my own life, and in between sets or deep breaths during boot camp was around "challenging myself to lean into "being" rather than all my focus and much of my worth being from "doing." Whew, be careful what you want to grow in, is all I have to say on that (for now ;))! Specific Shout-outs about some of our FI Boot Campers as we checked in with data from the beginning of the month to the end of August's Boot Camp program:
Looking forward to September's FI Boot Camp official start is Sept 9th. If you are reading this and want to have a discovery call with me (Kiersten) let's schedule that for Sept 2-5th. Start getting excited and thinking about teamwork makes the dreamwork for October's theme! September 16th registration will drop and you will want to get in on the fun if you are not already a regular monthly Fitness Inspired Boot Camper!
