    WHAT TO EXPECT:
    • Dynamic Soccer Warm-up
    • Red Light, Green Light, Disco Light and/or other games to improve ball control
    • Team games such as obstacle courses to facilitate spacial awareness and promote athleticism as it relates to the game of soccer.
    • Drills/Games to promote "running through the ball" and learning to always know where the ball is in relation to how you will "own your space" and work with your teammates.
    • Stretch & Circle up to promote flexibility and educate on the importance of stretching to promote your ability to stay in the game and reduce your players chance of injury.

    ​YOUR COACH'S CREDENTIALS:
    • Exercise Science degree as well as several relevant certifications
    • Soccer Coaching experience from preK - high school
    • Leading group workouts and wellness special events her whole life, but officially since college
    ​
    THE DEETS:
    • Where:  Rivercrest park Field 4
    • What: Fun soccer workout with drills and games that will teach developmentally appropriate soccer skills and give your soccer player a great experience with the game!
    • Who: All soccer players and friends
    • What to Wear: Soccer attire including soccer shin guards with soccer socks covering as well as soccer cleats (if your player doesn't have soccer cleats they can wear regular athletic shoes instead) 
    • What to Bring:
      • ​soccer ball (tip: write your name on your ball)
      • water bottle (tip: write your name on it :))
      • your "ready" attitude

    Date:  Sunday October 13th
    • 2-2:45 pm: preK & kindergarten
    • 3-3:45 pm: grades 1st - 4th grade
    • 4 -4:45 pm:  grades 5th - 8th grade​

    LET'S GET YOU IN!
    • Limited Space: Registration will close (be taken down) for your child(ren)'s age group when the class is full
    • Invite friends to join in the fun: open to all soccer players that fall within the age group
    • Price for admission: 
      • $20 /soccer player for walk-ups (if spots are still available) on Sunday (10/13)
      • $10/soccer player if purchased by Friday (10/11) while spots are available
    • Excited to ROCK this fun event with the soccer players in your life!
