Rachel loves the peer support and accountability she found through FI and loves how Fitness Inspired pushes her to do her best. She credits Angie and Suzy for motivating her during workouts + for providing support. Continuing to improve and build strength is what keeps her inspired to continue with health journey.
This one begins out of the mouth of this Fitness Inspirer “When the alarm goes off at 5:00 AM and I don’t want to get out of bed I remind myself how much better my day will be if I just show up. Moving my body and crossing something important off of my to do list before 6:30 AM has been huge for me."
Jen started out with 25 minute personal training sessions with a friend, and upgraded her workouts to 50 minute sessions. And soon there after was able to rock FI Boot Camp sessions! I saw in her from the beginning her determination when challenged with goals and accountability that were tailored to her.
Suzy loves the community she found within FI. She entertains and is great role model for her kids as she shows them her muscles! She loves showing off all her hard work as an FI member and inspiring her kids to make healthy choices as well. She loves Hill Workouts and has made remarkable results in these workouts since starting FI in July of 2017.
Chris always makes the most out of his workouts and is motivated by other Fitness Inspirers and his ability to complete tough workouts. He credits FI for his ability to transform his fitness, eating, and lifestyle habits and continue these habits to help him succeed in the future.
