The old saying when a new calendar year hits has always been "New Year, New You" but here at Fitness Inspired, we don't think there needs to be a new you! You are already amazing, and we want to build on that! So instead, let's think of 2020 as "New Year. Better You". Here are 20 reasons to be excited for what is to come for Fitness Inspired
As we ring in 2020 we want to continue to build on the momentum that we made in 2019. The best way to do that is to create milestones to strive for and achieve!
Get on Route 66! As we saw in 2019, 66 is a tough, energizing goal to reach for and truly cements making our workouts a good forming habit. We will continue to get on this highway to success in 2020! The reason for 66 is that on average, 66 of anything makes a habit more sticky.
Strive for Five A new goal for 2020 is to achieve 5 Fitness Inspired workouts each 5 for a total of (at least) 5 months. Complete 20 Fitness Inspired workouts - either online or live - by the end of the calendar month to achieve one month towards your crown. The reason why we chose this milestone is because one habit of many high performers is that they workout 5 times a week.
3 Makes a Party We love our Fitness Inspired community and we want it to keep growing! Who better to know great, new potential Fitness Inspirers but you?! We encourage you to refer 3 new Fitness Inspirers this year and have them enroll for one month and hopefully more! When you do so, you will also receive some fun perks ;)
Celebrate This of course is a staple for Fitness Inspired as we always want to celebrate you and all of your successes! Our Fitness Inspired community is one of Fun, Accountability & Results! (R) (see what i did there ;)) and we want to make sure you get recognized for it!
Remember it's progress over perfection. Consistent action steps will get you on your way to achieving these milestones and momentum in your goals!
