Since Fitness Inspired started in 2008, the signature program (once called Fitness Inspired Boot Camp) had an option of 3 workouts a week for the month. I have seen time and time again when people commit to and show-up for this they are able to: eat better off the food plan (or their personal food plan goals), they tend to do their FI homework more often, and therefore the results, the energy, the mindset shifts!

Next up, also a process goal is our prestigious Fitness Inspired crown prong recipients. These Fitness Inspirer's average 5 workouts a week over the course of the month, giving them 20 Fitness Inspired Workouts (live or on-demand). This is a HUGE honor, and I am so proud of these Fitness Inspirers. It is no easy feat to set your mind to a high-level of anything, and do the thing!

Each and every person has wins and shout-outs from this past month's Fitness Inspired Signature program. I want you to consider what was winning, learning, practicing for you this past month. Did you do it? Now let's turn our attention and celebrate a snap-shot of outcomes based on post-testing measurements and physical testing.
February'S SHOUT-OUTS & POST-TESTING HIGHLIGHTS:
Jim H lost an inch and almost 2 pounds!
Beth S lost 2.7 pounds!
Cynthia T increased her rocky abs total by 8!
Cindy E did 9 more push-up rows!
Beth S did 24 more rocky abs!
WINNING TEAM/TOP ACHIEVER:
Give it up for this person or team, who not only rocked one category, but they had a significant percentage improvement in multiple categories! The categories are based on one process goal, and then the snapshot of improvement of a few outcomes (measurements and physical testing). It is really fun to notice other areas that are more qualitative personally too (but those are hard to measure).
PLEASE NOTE: Some qualitative improvements reported by myself and countless other Fitness Inspirers, when they are diligent about following our current month-long plan (think B or better adherence): improved mood and mindset, sleep better, more focus, feel stronger and more inspired.
