#1: MIND SET​
Having a positive mind set and outlook on your routine helps stick to your plan. Go all in on the Fitness Inspired plan.  Believe that you CAN & WILL get your reps in daily by following all components of the plan!

Techniques from Fitness Inspirers:

#2: SHOW UP
Wake up and workout Baby! This is {more than} half the battle so work your discipline muscle and find what it takes to SHOW UP!
FI Show Up Strategies:
  • Make it a Habit & create positive momentum
  • Have FI Goals & Benchmarks written down
  • Accountability/Teammates (majority of successful FIers use this as a strategy) 
  • Make showing up non-negotiable

  • "I find the classes to have a snowball effect. The hardest days to get to class are the days when I haven't gone consistently. Once I start to be consistent it becomes easier to stay that way."

#4: TRACK CRITICAL COMPONENTS OF THE PLAN
​Having reminders throughout the day is important in all aspects of life, but in Fitness Inspired it's a key to success. Staying on top of what needs to be done.
​Techniques from Fitness Inspirers:
  • "(FI homework) I use it to break up work. When I need a break from whatever I'm doing I'll do my homework. It helps me think more clearly and gives me energy to keep working."
  • "Using a tracking spreadsheet in my daily journal/planner."
  • "I keep the (4 daily discipline tracking) print outs in a folder that I keep in the backpack that I carry to and from work, so it is always with me."
#3: FOLLOW THE FOOD PLAN
Food plan is HUGE for your success if you want to have a healthy body weight and a lean waistline. We've all heard "abs are made in the kitchen."  What do you need to have in place to follow the food plan day in and day out?

  • "Doing my meal planning and prepping on the same days each week. Keeping my tracking on my phone for easy access."
  • ​"I have a cute paper weekly meal planner I can write everything out on. I've used two methods to track other things, MyFitnessPal app for food, and then I've made a paper spreadsheet for tracking more things."
