POSITION YOURSELF
Feel Better, Look Better, Move Better

Join us for a 4 week series where you will position yourself to feel better, look better, move better! Your hosts of this program are Physical Therapist, Katie Larsen and Fitness Inspired Founder, Kiersten Gelfand.

​This program collaborative will teach you how to make small adjustments to your posture, by providing you with an individualized assessment and plan to target your specific problem areas!

Join us for a 4-Week series to Position Yourself for a better YOU!
  • May 6th 11 am-12 pm: Individual Posture Assessments
  • May 13th 11 am-12 pm: Personalized Positioning:  exercises designed for your specific problem areas
  • May 20th 11 am-12 pm: Position Yourself Better workout (recording to do the class again and again) AND trouble-shooting your movement and workout ergonomics 
  • May 27th 11 am-12 pm: Position Yourself for Continued Success
  • ​All times are EST :)
This series is packed full of goodness, including:
  • Thursdays May 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th at 11 am-noon EST an interactive class with Katie Larsen and Kiersten Gelfand
  • Replays and Position Yourself Better 30 min. class to continue to use well after the 4 week series is done.
  • Receive the tools, teaching, and personalized prescription to find your postural changes that will feel amazing for you!​
  • You will leave each session equipped with the tools and techniques to stretch, strengthen and adjust your posture to minimize pain and prevent long term musculoskeletal problems

A little bit about us.....

Katie Larsen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been practicing in the field for 12 years, she specializes in spine problems and earned her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment in 2016.  She is passionate about restoring movement and teaching people how to self manage their problems.   
Kiersten Gelfand is the Founder of Fitness Inspired and has been working with clients to improve their fitness and wellness for over 13 years; with a Masters in Exercise science and years of experience, she is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and exceed their own expectations, in a very supportive and motivating environment.
