A little bit about us.....
Katie Larsen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been practicing in the field for 12 years, she specializes in spine problems and earned her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment in 2016. She is passionate about restoring movement and teaching people how to self manage their problems.
Kiersten Gelfand is the Founder of Fitness Inspired and has been working with clients to improve their fitness and wellness for over 13 years; with a Masters in Exercise science and years of experience, she is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and exceed their own expectations, in a very supportive and motivating environment.
