    When are the Workouts:  Mondays, July 12, 19 and 26th @ 9:30am
    Where: The lawn behind Brody's Be Cafe
    What type of workout?:  Pilates and core class (strengthen your core, improve your waistline, all in a completely low impact exercise format)
    Who:  All fitness levels are welcome, encouraged, and will feel great with this class!
    Why come: We are going to have a lot of fun!  Get a taste of Fitness Inspired, by trying a workout. Get your body moving and improve your mood :) Start your week off right!
    Wear + Bring: Please wear something you are going to feel good moving in!  Please bring a water bottle and a mat or a towel.
