We talked specifics, strategies, and stories on The B94.5 Live this morning from yesterday’s tip too! I love hanging out weekly with Angela and Jason with our Bit of Fit on Tuesday mornings!! It is my FAVORITE when I can help someone do something that they didn’t know they were capable of!
