What are you committed to this month? Work on the showing up muscle first. Let's work on the showing up muscle first and foremost. And we can put on our lab coats on and look at the data we are​ getting. Process goals are what we are looking at right now, and each month we will take a look at different progress markers to help you!​

    FUN Workouts

    When you feel in the flow or that fun-factor--let's appreciate it and send it around the class so others can soak it up too! Tip from Gretchen Ruben= Act how you want to feel. I am so glad you are here. Let's do it!
    If you have to miss a workout(s) from above, please let us know and schedule a make-up as soon as possible :) Tip: Pre-making your decisions you are committed to for the month will help you! Bring your data of how you are doing with commitments to your group or personal coaching sessions :)

    Tip: First, consider your best guess on the vision of where you want to be. Next, consider your baseline of what you are currently doing. Now set your commitment and we can go to work on it. Note: I would love to do some coaching with you on this to get clarity and a plan for your specific commitments as it relates to where you are now :)

    So often we under estimate the progress and the goals we can achieve in 3 years and over estimate in 1 year. Let's do our best here to acknowledge without judgement what is driving us. And it may encourage us to start to come up with a powerful enough why to achieve more than you can even imagine over time! We got this! Here we go :)
