How do I pay?
You can pay with cash or check(payable to Fitness Inspired) by or at the first workout of the month!
How long is each workout session?
Fitness Inspired Boot Camp:
- We crush each FI Boot Camp workout in 50 minutes! Sometimes I might keep you a couple minutes longer but you will be stretched and ready to rock your day by 1 hour (:
- We Shake, Pump & Live It for 45 minutes each session
- Our roll out sessions will be 25 minutes long making sure your muscles are good and ready to go for the week!
How many workouts do I get as a VIP?
Unlimited for the month. VIPs can attend any workout they choose(: Make sure to commit to 4+ workouts a week
Do I have to sign up for the whole year?
No! Fitness Inspired's programs run on a month long basis. So each time you sign up for a program, you are committing to one month with us
