This helps us to all have the MOST -- Fitness Inspired: Fun (I believe this a choice and a skill that feels so good to practice), Accountability (we want to create the space and opportunity to be able to be accountable to do what is going to make progress in your health, fitness, and life goals!), & Results (what a great feeling to get results that you knew you wanted, like having more energy, endurance and less unwanted inches around your waist; AND I love hearing the side benefits that sneak up on us too)! All questions are optional and can be anonymous too (just don't put your name or go by an alias ;)! Working on designing programs, workouts, milestones and processes for 2021 now :)
