What is it? It’s 4 days. If you show up, I’m 100% confident that you will be closer to finding a rhythm that makes you feel fierce and your healthiest!!! By the end of this 4 day challenge we will have some fierce momentum in the right direction! There will be virtual workouts live and replays sent to you with the workout portion and bonus resources/extra credit ;).

- SATURDAY October 24th: 7:00am* Cardio, Tone and Stretch!
- MONDAY October 26th: 4:15pm* High Energy Cardio Class
- TUESDAY October 27: 6:15am-6:45am* Fierce Tabata
- WEDNESDAY October 28th: 11:30am* Mid-week Pilates and Stretch Sesh
