We will kick off this experience with a day-long training that will establish the foundation you will need to rock this program, so you can inspire yourself and others on this journey. In a few months you will be ready to apply what you have been learning and launch your local group of Fitness Inspirers. YAYYYY! You Rock!
Why Fitness Inspired?
The national team, and being a part of the Fitness Inspired community of instructors, will allow you to have the training, support-system, resources of food-plans, adherence challenges, and online workouts to supplement your live workouts and programs. Our signature month-long Fitness Inspired Boot Camp program provides a second-to-none experience with an uplifting community, encouragement, and results. Kiersten Gelfand, founder of Fitness Inspired, started FI with a vision to form a community that would show consistency in providing results and an encouraging community where people could grow and better themselves. Kiersten will use her background in exercise science and psychology combined with more than 10 years of owning and operating Fitness Inspired to coach you through best practices, systems, and techniques to inspire you to rise to the occasion and lead your Fitness Inspired group.
Launch Package: Resources, Tools, and More
As part of your instructor training, you will receive a launch package that includes FI resources, tools to build your programs and classes with, as well as support from the FI National team for business and marketing.

Utilizing FI Resources: Making the most of Fitness Inspired resources, learning how the national team members and other FI instructors will help you grow and improve, using the Fitness Inspired website to grow your local group and connect with the larger vision and community of Fitness Inspired, accessing + using the Instructor Portal and tools
Taking Action: Learn how to build and expand your Fitness Inspired local community by creating a strong adherence system for your clients and by setting up your location and client base to achieve the best results
After completing this day-long training, you will be able to access and use all resources (food plan, online workouts, adherence challenges, and more) to a higher level. You will also be able to access the Instructor Portal for additional training, coaching, and instructor-only resources.
What Comes Next:
In the next few months you will continue to be lead through a training program and by this fall will be ready to apply what you have been learning and launch your local group of Fitness Inspirers! You will be supported by the national team and have camaraderie amongst your class of instructors. You will be equipped to take action with all the tools, principles, and resources of Fitness Inspired. When you are ready, you will teach, connect, and celebrate your local chapter's milestones, wins, and progress month after month.
