THE STEPS - We got this!

1. Show up 10 minutes LIVE
  • when the 10 minute timer goes off--ask yourself: What would be most supportive for me right now, so I can show up well tomorrow morning?!
  • Do that :), and ask yourself that several times today:) ​
2. See you tomorrow, first thing!
  • Remember throughout Momentum Camp, and whenever you ask more of yourself, give yourself more support too!
3. ALL about the show-up muscle
  • commit to showing up for 10 minutes on days that you were not showing up for in the past and then repeat #1 :) 

OUR 10 MINUTES A DAY

Starting March 15th, you will have an opportunity to wake-up and workout with us at 5:30am on the weekdays, 7am on Saturday morning, and a special afternoon workout on Sunday LIVE! If you have a conflict and cannot make a LIVE workout you can continue your streak with ONE of these 10 minutes to momentum videos below.
