OUR 10 MINUTES A DAY
Starting March 15th, you will have an opportunity to wake-up and workout with us at 5:30am on the weekdays, 7am on Saturday morning, and a special afternoon workout on Sunday LIVE! If you have a conflict and cannot make a LIVE workout you can continue your streak with ONE of these 10 minutes to momentum videos below.
