    Physical Testing

    Check out the Post testing workout LIVE or replay of the Welcome Workout if you need a refresher on this month's physical testing exercises, form, and how we are counting them :)

    Measurements

     There are descriptions below and a video tutorial for you if that helps :)
    Measure around the biggest portion of the bust with your arms down
    smallest part of your torso under your rib cage
    find where your belly button is and measure around your torso at that spot
    Measure around hips and butt with feet together (biggest girth)
    It is helpful to: use the same scale/time of day, weigh the importance of how you feel way higher than any number a scale will give you. Also, don't forget to stay off the scale during the month :)

    ACCOUNTABILITY

    We are co-creating this incredible space where we can each give an account of how and what we did this month. This experience can be MAGICAL if you choose to leverage it for growth. Let's make a choice to learn as we reflect on this month and set ourselves up for our next month too. We got this!
    You will have a chance to share this ^ in the chat too at our results party!

    RESULTS

    Imagine what the RESULTS will look like and feel like for you? Do this practice regularly...as your best guess and why you want to be the healthiest version of you will have different flavors and layers!

2022 Milestones- Let's do this!

Let's break it down and lean in with our accountability team and getting the support for you to be the Healthiest (for you) in 2022! Excited to be on this ride with you.

  • What would the version of you who workouts 5 days a week do?
  • Put a vote in (actually 20 votes) THIS month for the version of you who values your health and loves rocking your FI Workouts!
  • Your LIVE workouts (attendance) and those from our workout library count for this goal each month. You can log up to 2 non-FI workouts each week to count towards this goal too. You can log in to do, and log your workouts in our workout library found under the Fitness Inspirer's tab.
  • TIP: breakdown each month into the 5 days a week you are committed to showing up for your workouts.
  • CROWN: 5 months that you get 20 workouts in this calendar year you get the prestigious honor of the Fitness Inspired Crown
  • The Why: Top performers in any industry tend to workout 5 days a week. The recommendations for your health is to workout most days of the week. 
  • We would love to have you Wake up and Workout with us LIVE most days of the week!​
  • At the results party after you hit this milestone we want to recognize you (we have some sweet swag too)!

Progress Pics

Track your progress through pictures! Take pictures when you complete your pre- and post-testing each month. If you want :) You can really see your AMAZING transformation when you have past and present photos to compare! These photos will be for your eyes only until you decide you're ready to share your progress with others.
