Two other trainers and myself run our group through the app and its AWESOME! (see what our "sweat bees" accountability group is saying)
After our first month you will continue to have opportunities and momentum in your health and fitness. As for now though, let's take it one step at a time. Here we go!

OUR Accountability Group:
We as our accountability group are working towards BEING the type of person who values and appreciates our health and fitness. We are making that goal of 5 workout days a week, 5 days drinking shakeology a week. And we know that there will be set-backs and that won't stop us from noticing what did go well and what improvements from your baseline you made (previous 3-4 months).

Wooo Hooo! Let's do this thing!!! We are starting with all the enthusiasm you can muster up for our team's and your individual goals:
Goals and Commitments: We will meet as a group to set up our goals and decide if we want a group text for our first month to start strong and encouraged. AND so we have each other and you're proving to yourself that you can trust yourself to show up for your 20 minute workout. I know you have this in you!
Monday- Friday our 20 minute Job 1 workout, shakeology, and posting in our BOD app.
The weekends are extra credit, victory lap (think of what would feel good for you), or make-up/get ahead of your weekly goal. MINDSET: "get to" not "have to" :)
Mission: prove to ourselves ONE workout and ONE shakeology at a time and ONE check-in of what we were able to do in our BOD (Beachbody On Demand) group.

Cheer each other on (and let's have a team name for this accountability group too). Keep showing up. It won't be ALL the things every day, but dang, if we can work towards moving our body most days of the week. Having shakeology and nourishing our bodies well most days and meals of the week. YOU will overall reap the rewards and feel much better for it!
