Here’s the general breakdown for what the sessions might look like:
Within the first month, three or four 50-minute sessions with me to maximize investment.
First one is coaching/consult session
First Personal training session: Next one be prepared to workout some, and get your daily less than 5 minute homework tailored to your goals. Start to do some of the movements that will be in your FI personalized workout you will rock out for the next 4-6 weeks and grow from and into!
Personal training session be prepared to learn and do the workout exercises so you can feel good about proper form and body awareness with your personalized workout.
Maintenance and growth sessions we will start with 5-15 minute accountability check in/coaching/consulting learning as you move your body
Rest of the session, we will do what you need most! It could be a challenging workout or it could be trouble shooting a movement or exercise. We could also look at how/where you can grow or how you can maximize your current workout/food/mindset plan.
New PLAN personalized workout days: will include some testing and/or data collection then going over the new workout plan. If you want to revise or tweak your goals or have something that you are really getting stuck with tell me whenever but it will be most helpful to tell me before we design the next workout plan.

Four personalized sessions each month, where you and your goals are the curriculum.
Each personalized session is 50 minutes long
Each month you can decide if you would decide if you and I both think you can be served just as well for your goals to drop down to fewer sessions within a given month. I don’t want to overwhelm or give you what you don’t need but there will be bonus resources for you that are usually paid for options that you will have the option to jumping in on.
$299/month
You can adjust but I will have you do auto pull with 3 month commitment minimum in both of our heads. If we need to adjust let me know a week or two before the date you originally signed up and we can adjust :)

This will still give you the progress to accomplish the goals you want, but if you can budget for option #1, that will be easier to stay accountable to what you want to be doing and you will make progress at a faster pace as well!

Two 50 minute personalized sessions each month
This will give you the start you need, but I would recommend option #2 even if you think you need to have a more gradual start. It will be easier to stay accountable to what you want to be doing, and you will make progress at a faster pace as well!
$150 month
This level of support might be exactly what you need, depending on your situation (we can discuss at your consult or before you sign up)
