Here’s the general breakdown for what the sessions might look like:
Personal coaching session: Our first session will be focused on desired goals and biggest sticking points for you. Each of the 50 minute sessions after that will be helping you work through and give you the tools to help you break through what has up until now, been holding you back. YOU have it in you!
Personal training session: This is a great opportunity to build the structure to take personalizing your Fitness Inspired Journey to the next level. The 50 minute personal training, coaching, or consults sessions can seamlessly flow back and forth between those 3 areas of growth-- the movement and application part, coaching and consulting! This will give you the tools to maximize every Fitness Inspired signature program workout, your movement and homework throughout your days, AND of course your individual sessions too.
Continued Personal training and/or Coaching sessions be prepared to learn and do movement and/or be open to the full experience of coaching. We want you to feel good about proper form and body awareness with your personalized workouts too. Also, you will start to gain the confidence and will be able to share the times you used the insights, tools, and exercises outside of our sessions together too!
Maintenance and growth sessions we will start with 5-15 minute accountability check in
Rest of the session, we will do what you need most! It could be a challenging workout or it could be trouble shooting a movement or exercise. We could also look at how/where you can grow or how you can maximize your current workout/food/mindset plan.
New personalized workout personal training days: will include some testing and then going over the new workout plan. If you want to revise or tweak your goals or have something that you are really getting stuck with tell me whenever but it will be most helpful to tell me before we design the next workout plan for the month.
Three personalized 50-minute personal training/coaching consults each month: where you and your goals are the curriculum.
$75 per session for Inspired Level - $64 per session for VIP
You can adjust the amount of sessions per month or pause your personal training sessions for the next month without any penalty at any time (just let us know 2 weeks before billing)

Two personalized 50-minute personal training/coaching consults each month: where you and your goals are the curriculum.
$75 per session for Inspired Level - $64 per session for VIP
You can adjust the amount of sessions per month or pause your personal training sessions for the next month without any penalty at any time (just let us know 2 weeks before billing)
This will still give you the progress and accomplish the goals you want, but if you can budget for option #1, then lets get it! Set yourself up for it.

One personalized 50-minute session or two personalized 25-minute sessions each month
This package is best for accountability check-ins for your individual goals and help with individualized needs from our live/recorded workouts
$75 for Inspired Level - $64 for VIP for the month

*The automatic billing starts the day you enroll and will be pulled each month on that date. You will automatically be enrolled into next month's program. In order to up-level or make a change to your subscription, please email us at [email protected] two weeks prior to your automatic pull date.
