You will leave breathing more deeply and having practical solutions for any of these areas that you want to work on, especially in this new climate.
We will start the day at 7am EST to get ourselves moving and ready for the rockstar line up of presenters. We will end our time together with a clear picture of how we can thrive in our situation now. You have options of how this can work for you. Each of the sessions will be recorded and sent to our participants. I want to encourage you to come to as much as you can LIVE and use the recordings of the sessions to fill in the gaps. But if your life doesn't allow you to come to this summit on the day of, the recorded sessions will pack a punch of strategies and tools! It is going to be magic to be there LIVE for as much as you can! We can interact, ask questions that apply to your situation, and you don't want to miss the non-recorded fun interaction time sprinkled in. The welcome (meet and greet), movement breaks, breakfast and lunch round-tables will not be recorded.

Our Virtual Summit Experience
We are bringing the fun, inspiration, and giving you the experience that will help this stick, so you can use it whenever you need it! We will send you healthy snack and lunch ideas, schedule, and let you know what to show up with in our virtual meeting room prior to April 4th. On the day of our summit we will be bringing it with a workout to start our day and keeping our energy up and your mind right with movement break! Get excited to learn how you can from our physical therapist at home exercises to help you with your new set of circumstances. We are pulling out all the tricks to make us realize that we can virtually link arms and connect with our time together! There will be a lunch-time round table, game show, and maybe even your favorite song played in one of our dance/movement breaks. I KNOW this is an investment of your time and money that maybe you don't feel like you even have right now, but I want to encourage you that even ONE session will give you the energy and the resources to apply it to your life. We can't wait to see you there!
