Top 5 tips to CRUSH your Fitness Inspired program:​

  1. Schedule. Plan. Plan! Put all your workouts on your schedule.  Plan your meals out according to your Fitness Inspired menu and be prepared for resistance.  Work your plan. You got this!
  2. Goals. Share YOUR goals with your fellow boot campers and the biggest supporters in your life.  Telling others will help hold you accountable to your goals.
  3. Reward. Give yourself a non-food "carrot" (something to work for) reward when you achieve your goals!  Break up big goals to smaller goals you can achieve in one month's time.
  4. Follow the plan! bottom-line it works and you will be so thankful you committed to it.
  5. Be Strong--mentally & physically

You got this!! One day at a time.  One small step towards your goals you never thought you could achieve.  You are stronger than you think you are--trust me!!
