- Goals. Share YOUR goals with your fellow boot campers and the biggest supporters in your life. Telling others will help hold you accountable to your goals.
- Reward. Give yourself a non-food "carrot" (something to work for) reward when you achieve your goals! Break up big goals to smaller goals you can achieve in one month's time.
- Follow the plan! bottom-line it works and you will be so thankful you committed to it.
