Fitness Inspirer Vacation Workout Info & Tips
come back feeling as good as you left (actually better)
In general, each day see if you can rock this:
1. do 30 min-1 hour of something that gets and keeps your heart rate up.
2. include your family as much as you can :)
3. make it fun--you are on vacation after all
4. if you splurge one day- thinking of drinks or dessert the next day you cannot splurge. Also if you are going to splurge pick one do not go for them all (included: fried food, dessert, alc. drinks)
5. text me your hover time and how you did often (daily or every other day)

Hover Contest:
- time how long you can hold hover w/o letting your butt sag or be up in the air. when your abs fail out stop, or if your back hurts stop then too!
- try to get your whole fam to do it and see who wins each day and if you all improve :)
Workout Ideas:
- swim
- jump the waves w/your kids
- play football or frizbee on the beach
- do relays in the sand
- do relays where you have someone stand no deeper than hip height in the water, have two lines and race to tag the person first, you can do variations like skipping and high knees too. just make sure you pay attn to your belly that it isn't hurting it and also drive your knees straight up when you have the water resistance.
- do one of your online workouts: inside or out; solo or with recruits
- do a Beachbody on Demand workout
