We love our annual tradition of nominating, doing our hilarious "exercise" shopping, and the stealth FI elf delivery of the presents and sunshine boxes!

We know from working out-- that consistency is key if you want to have improvement --or as you hear me say it often "showing up." And the consistency in showing up makes all the difference.
A while back I heard a sermon on generosity in giving, and the pastor made an excellent point that consistent volunteering or giving even if it's not huge will in most situations create a better impact than sporadic giving. So when Good Day Cafe made it into my inbox and our town, I thought this could be an opportunity for consistent giving as so many of us have an affinity for coffee already ;). If anyone wants to grab a coffee after Boot Camp on Thursday mornings or roll out class on Tuesday- let me know! |

With all of your help, through either online donations or attending the Shake Pump and Live It! Benefitting THON, we were able to help our FI Intern, Marissa, raise $305 for her cause! With that, we helped Marissa achieve her goal in dancing for THON 2018! FTK! |
