  8. Accept help
  9. Protect your rest and sleep
  10. You were chosen to be your little one(s)' Momma!
  • take the stairs over the elevator (just think if you are carrying a little one how these numbers will improve even more :))
  • Indulge in healthy treats whenever you can
  • Something is better than nothing
  • Wake-Up & Workout and make that your sacred "me" time. Show up for you, because your baby(ies) are going to need you.
  • Rest when you can. Schedule naps like it's part of your job--because it is!
