Karen says -- "I am doing things that before FI I would of never dreamed of doing. This year I completed a sprint triathlon, duathlon and a 1/2 marathon. I would of never even attempted those things before FI". What is your favorite Fitness Inspired Memory: There are a ton of them. One that stick out are when we were sledding down "the" hill and two people on our team were scared to go down. We cheered them on and both faced their fears and went down the hill on the sled. It was so cool to see them overcome a fear and to be a part of that.
What continues to inspire you to stay involved? The results I've gotten help a lot. the camaraderie of my fellow boot campers and the variety of workouts. What are the top three things you attribute your success to? Kiersten's constant nagging. hahaha just kidding. Your encouragement, sticking to the food plan and homework. How many pounds have you lost and kept off and have you gone down sizes? I have kept off 7 lbs. and gone down 4 pants sizes Do you feel stronger? Have you improved your strength and/or endurance? I feel much stronger. I can do so many more push ups than I could ever do. Do you have more energy? More confidence? Feel better in a different way? I have a lot more energy. I used to not be able to or want to get up in the morning. Now I'm energized in the mornings. What has been your most surprising result? My attitude. I was generally a positive person but I didn't alway show that outwardly. Now I'm more outwardly positive, inspiring coworkers and finding the positive in most all situations. What area/aspect of your life and/or body has Fitness Inspired had the greatest positive impact? My attitude. I am doing things that before FI I would of never dreamed of doing. What other non-fitness improvements did the programs change in your life? Definitely my attitude which has improved my relationships with my family, friends and coworkers. If you could change one thing concerning Fitness Inspired programming, what would it be? I wouldn't change a thing. This is a well rounded program with an awesome trainer that goes the extra mile to ensure our success. Who has been a source of accountability and inspiration for you? It used to be Tara Mondock (miss her so much). I don't really have anyone but myself and just trying to do better than I did the month before.
