Jen started out with 25 minute personal training sessions with a friend, and upgraded her workouts to 50 minute sessions; and soon there after was able to rock FI Boot Camp sessions!
I saw in her from the beginning her determination when challenged with goals and accountability that were tailored to her. She has improved her cardio, her strength and power and has transformed her body! She even won a brave award last year when she challenged herself to do healthy things that scare her. She attributes her success to accountability of Fitness Inspired.
One of the most memorable times of someone’s dedication in the last 10 years is when Jen showed up during her 5:30am “lunch” from her overnight shift in her work out clothes to kick off the start of the month’s program. Her amazing progress shows her determination as well. An example of her strength improvement is shown from going from 0 to now 22 body rows. She has also shows huge improvements in eating and lifestyle choices, and has shown a great physical transformation as well. She has shrunk her waistline by 5 inches and her legs and iliac are leaner than ever!
Her favorite memory in Fitness Inspired is shooting a video with Deanne and walking out with teeny pumpkins as a joke. I (of course) totally called us out. So fun! Jen is determined to accomplish her goals and has shown great progress over the past year + we are very proud of her!
