This has been a year of courage, a year to enthusiastically tackle some of life's fears. And what a year to do it!
J im and I both started new jobs. I achieved a professional certification that I had been delaying. And I made a decision to be all-in with Fitness Inspired.I started with 611 Boot Camp in February 2014. I've gone down two sizes and feel so much stronger and more confident. And while I have more weight loss ahead of me, I'm so thankful that I made the decision to wake up repeatedly at 5:00am for the past 11 months. I'm thankful for the encouragement of new friends that has kept me focused on progress instead of perfection. I'm grateful to Jim for supporting me every day, in all ways.
My goal in 2016 is to reignite my focus and discipline to continue on the path of health and strength. While I've made a dent in my fitness goals, I have more work to do. This coming year, I'd like to run a trail half-marathon and get into a healthier weight range.
