Rachel loves the peer support and accountability she found through FI and loves how Fitness Inspired pushes her to do her best. She credits Angie and Suzy for motivating her during workouts + for providing support. Continuing to improve and build strength is what keeps her inspired to continue with health journey.
She lost over 80lbs and went down 12 dress sizes, and is constantly improving with performance exercises. She excels at pull-ups, burpees, TRX workouts, and now has a mile time under ten minutes! Rachel completed a mini triathlon, an Ultramarathon, and loves hiking in Vermont. She says, “Having a mind-set that I could accomplish my goals and knowing I could change , and that I am still sticking to a program almost a year after I started” is what motivates her to continue.
Rachel went from 3 days a week program to 5 days a week after only her second month. She continued to achieve great improvements month after month. In total during her Fitness Inspired monthly programs she lost and kept off a foot over her iliac, another foot off her hips, and over 10 inches from her waist. She practically cut her body fat in half and watching her improve from one work out to another in the TRX was one of the fastest, biggest, consistent acts of progress I have seen in my career. Truly remarkable- congrats to 2018 Success Celeb Rachel!
