Suzy loves the community she found within FI. She entertains and is great role model for her kids as she shows them her muscles! She loves showing off all her hard work as an FI member and inspiring her kids to make healthy choices as well. She loves Hill Workouts and has made remarkable results in these workouts since starting FI in July of 2017. She now can do 3 pull-ups, she can “run without dying” as she says, and has lost + kept off 20 lbs this year. Some of Suzy's other amazing accomplishments include: sleeping better, 45/45/45 TRX challenge, looks younger, doesn’t have to go to physical therapy for her headache management anymore, in athletic body fat range, better mindset, improved stress management, and has lost and kept off more than 4 1/2 inches from her waistline alone. And she is even committed to exercise with FI online workouts when she travels.
Suzy says that her favorite FI memories have to do with being in a community of dedicated, supportive people who get up every morning in the dark to get it done! Any of her Fitness Inspired teammates would agree with me when I say that her attitude, encouragement, and lead by example mentality makes everyone better and able to push harder when she’s around!
