April was a great month for Fitness Inspirers! There were a few things we did that were out of our normal routine (Hill on a Tuesday?!?), but what wasn't out of the norm were the great results!
This month we really amped up our physical testing with cardio and pull-up challenges, and persevered and loved workouts that made us a good kind of sore :). April is a great month to propel us further in to spring (even if it's a little later in State College), and the workouts have got us energized to embrace the beautiful weather.
Getting on Route 66
Congratulations to Abbey, Suzy, Marcy and Nicole for eclipsing the 66 workout mark for 2019! This now brings the total to 6 Fitness Inspirers who have accomplished this impressive feat already!

Physical Testing Accomplishments
This month we focused on improving our cardio with an intense 10 minute run and our 611'ers took on the additional challenge of seeing how many pull-ups they could do. It's amazing to see what can be accomplished in one short month! Here are a few quick accomplishments:
-Marcy pushed through her run, adding an additional lap to her total
-Karen improved her cardio by doing an impressive 3 additional laps!
-Michael crushed 2 pull-ups in post testing
-Ray improved by one pull-up, almost doing 4
-Suzy improved by 2 pull-ups increasing her total to just under 5!
Rock your Body Changes
Their Hips don't lie:
Both Becky and Marcy went down an incredible 1.5 inches from their hips alone!
Inch by Inch:
Between these Fitness Inspirers alone, over 14 total inches were lost: Karen (6), Tara (3), Becky (2), Ray (1.8) and Abbey (1.5)
Weight Loss this Month:
Karen lost an incredible 7 pounds with Abbey right behind her dropping 6! Right on their heels was Becky who made 5 pounds disappear, along with Marcy who did the same!
