Aaaaand just like that, November is done! Wow, this year has felt like the longest year, but at the same time, it feels like it has zoomed by! It has been an interesting year, but we all still have a lot to be thankful for and this month's theme of Happy. Thanks. Giving helped us see that. It was great to do a Friendsgiving workout midway through the program, and then to cap it off with a great workout on Thanksgiving day! Thankful for all of you and the great community we have built.
This month, we actually did not see a new Fitness Inspirer merge on to Route 66, but that is partly because we have so many of you zooming along already! While we didn't have any new commuters, there are still a couple Inspirers who joined us later in the year who can still make it before year's end! Let's get it!
Pass the prongs please
It's getting close to the end of the year, and people are close to finishing their crowns! It will come down to the wire to see who our royalty will be for 2020. This month we saw two Inspirers earn their 6th prong, that's right, they continued past their crown and started t a new one! Give some love to Leigh D and Cynthia T. Then this month, we had two Inspirers earn their crowns with their fifth prongs! Give it up to Megan S and Leanne F for becoming FI royalty!!
Happy. Thanks. Giving.
Once November hits, it is truly the beginning to holiday season and a shift to looking to winter. As the weather gets colder and the holidays approach, it can be easy to fall into the trap of losing momentum and motivation, but that is not what happened this month! We rode the energy from Rocky last month and continued it in November, practicing Happy. Thanks. Giving. November is always a great time to give thanks, not only for what we have, but also for what we have the capability to do. Now let's see what we all did!
Here are a couple highlights from this month:

Thank you for lifting each other up and cheering each other on every step of the way! I am so proud of the progress I see in you from month to month. I hope the progress in mindset, physical challenges, adherence, and measurements motivates you as it does me.
