Our April 2025 Fitness Inspired Growth Goals were:
We celebrated your AMAZING attendance at Live FI Boot Camp workouts- Terri, Jim, Meg, Cindy, Iris, Addie. Props to those who logged FI library workouts-- Terri, Jim, Meg, Cindy, Iris, Beth, Kasey, Katie, Jamie Shout-outs to ROCKING this month's plan by getting your workouts in 80% or more of the days in April-- Addie, Jamie, Terri, Jim, Iris, Kiersten. Also the intentional time in nature you continue to improve on and reap the benefits of that as well. Give it up to Addie, Terri, Jim, Cindy, Kiersten for spending significant time in nature 80% or better! As a group you all crushed getting vibrant, diverse plants each week. At our April Results workout we gave shout-outs and stars for people who rocked their pushups, rocky abs, and getting stronger and more mobile this month! This month's FI Boot Camp top achiever has lost and kept off 4 inches from her waistline measurements since she started in February. She has lost and kept off 4 lbs while simultaneously getting so much stronger with incredible form with her upper body and lower body exercises. She gets the reap the rewards of doing life more fitness inspired and feeling good. She also wins a massage gift certificate from the Perrysburg Hand & Stone, massage and facial spa. Give it up for Iris!

Wow you rocked it!! The teams showed up well and we hit the gold standard of 30 minutes of intentional exercise each day. We were intentional about getting out in nature and eating more diverse plants in our diet. We made it fun and you ROCKED the live workouts we did.
I'm so proud of how you are getting your body happy in a new healthier set point. You are reaping the benefits of having a lean, strong waistline and keeping the inches off from what you have done so far this year. You are gaining strength each month and the waistline inch reduction (and keeping it off) so far in 2025 is amazing. You are reporting more energy, better sleep at night, and being affirmed of the diverse nutrients you are consuming (just to name a few amazing results!)! AMAZING JOB FITNESS INSPIRERS! Special Shout-out to The Penn State team who won our March Madness Contest even though they weren't in the tournament this year. Excited as we continue the positive energy and momentum so far this year in April! Congrats again, to each and every one of you! As a group your attendance, waistline (either maintenance from your improvement last month OR more positive shifts for you!), and fun-factor were all INCREDIBLE!!
We had a great time celebrating and recognizing your AMAZING accomplishments this month. Remember you can invite your friends to join you for both our designated "bring a friend to boot camp" and our results workout (someone who has been a source of support for you)! 100% of you said yes you ate more veggies and probiotic foods than you would have if you weren't doing Fitness Inspired Boot Camp. 100% of you improved your core strength with our physical testing. You increased your core strength, stamina, and ability to perform at a higher level. FITNESS INSPIRED SHOUT-OUTS:

Give it up to the peeps who got their prong this month! -Tracy C In May, we all knew, and proved, that we were MAYde for this! It was awesome to see the great attendance numbers, and results that came with them. In the end, for the month of May, there were two people who took home the Top Achiever status. This couple lost a total of 13 inches, a combined 9 pounds, and between the two of them, improved their physical testing by 497%!
Ladies and gents, give it up to Karen L and Ray L, your top achievers for May! You are Here!That's right, You Are Here! You deserve to be here and you are going to make the most of it! No matter how, when or why you showed up, you did and your health and fitness is going to thank you for it. You made the choice, and just by showing up, you are already ahead of the game. Give it up to the peeps who got their prong this month! -Tracy C In April, so many people really took ownership of being "here"! It was awesome to see the great attendance numbers, and results that came with them. In the end, for the month of April, there was one person who did take home that Top Achiever victory. This person lost a total of 6.5 inches, was present for 22 workouts, and improved by 266% in her physical testing.
Ladies and gents, give it up to Tracy C, your top achiever for April! 12 Days of Fitness!!It's the most wonderful time of the year! Yes it's the holiday season, which also means it was also time for the 12 Days of Fitness! A fan and Kiersten favorite, this program is always a great way to wrap up the year. This time we had some great accountability groups, which really helped us push each other higher and further! Give a shoutout to these Inspirers who got to 66 workouts for the year following this month! -Becky C -Katie J -Cynthia T -Kasey M Going for that Crown! Give it up to the peeps who got their prong this month! -Beth S -Terri H -Jim H -Katie J -Kasey M This 12 Days of Fitness saw some incredible results! It is always great to see people maintain during the holidays, and even better to see improvements! We saw both during the program which was amazing. For the 12 Days, team scoring was broken down into three categories: Performance (measurements and physical testing), Effort and Enthusiasm, and Attendance.
It was a close battle, but after all was said and done, you gotta give it up to the RED team for pulling it out! Congrats to Jim H, Terri H, Cindy E and Meg M! With everyone heading back to school, and with fall officially upon us, what better way to welcome in this season than to do a Fitness Inspired College edition! We put on our university colors, started singing fight songs and alma maters, and went back to our collegiate glory! We had some fun live workouts, including two hills, some high fitness, and even some flip cup. Let's see what went down :)
After getting all the credits they needed, we had two Fitness Inspirers hop on Route 66! Congrats to Jennifer S and Meg M for zooming to that milestone! Got lots of drivers there now and still room for a few more ;) FI'ers really flexed their showing up muscle this month, which can be seen with Jim H and Terri H leading the way, each with 17 workouts for the month (which was even a little condensed)! They were followed close behind by Cindy E, Rachel P and Malorie N with 13 each! Now for a few highlights: -Malorie N lost 5 total inches and over 5 pounds! -Becky C did 4 more funky v-sits in a minute! -Meg M lost .5 inches between her hips and waist! -Jim H did 3 more show-up burpees in a minnute! Now drumroll please.... the Top Achiever for September's FItness Inspired Colelge edition was: Malorie N!!!! You know that makes us want to shout! July is definitely a month of birthdays as not only do we celebrate America's burthday, but Kiersten's and Ethan's as well. I mean come on, when the birthdays are the 3rd, 4th and 5th, there is definitely a reason to keep a celebration going!! Speaking of celebrating, July was a great month to celebrate our Fitness Inspirers who did a spectacular job of getting Fired up. Let's check out what happened!
We are definitely getting into the heat of summer and have certainly embraced the Beach theme that we had for this month! The weather has kicked it up a notch as did our workouts! We had some workouts that really pushed us from the comfort of our own houses, and live and in person in both State College and Grand Rapids :) We had some special guest instructors in SC with Chris and Nicole, and we were glad to see them in-person again! We had a lot of new faces overall so let's take a look at what happened
We were definitely MAYde for this month of Fitness Inspired! The weather is staying (and continuing to get more) warmer, the sunshine seems to be here to stay, and we are as motivated as ever to get our bodies right! We have seen our community grow, as we embrace the season we are in, and people are loving getting super sweaty from some intense classes! We have even had some special event and live-in person classes too! Let's keep it rolling 2021!
