12 Ways to Make Your Healthy Habits More Convenient

Its time to KISS (keep it simple!) in the New Year with Fitness Inspired! We are keeping it simple in the month of January by focusing on four daily disciplines to help improve our lives. One of the disciplines that we want to practice everyday is finding a way to make a healthy habit more convenient. Just little things that can save time or help make life easier for ourselves. Here are just some of the ways we are making our healthy habits more convenient at Fitness Inspired (
  1. Have wash and cut up vegetables in the fridge ready to eat​
  2. Set out your workout clothes the night before
  3. Have healthy snacks and meals pre portioned
  4. Pack a healthy lunch
  5. Get workout clothes that you feel good in and that you are happy to put on!
  6. Surround yourself with people who have healthy habits
  7. Always carry a water bottle with you
  8. Schedule your workouts in your calendar
  9. Create a tracking method you love
  10. Get a friend to join you in your workout routine
  11. Create a list of super easy go-to recipes (healthy ones)
  12. Plan your meals in the beginning of the day or better yet at the beginning of the week
