Its time to KISS (keep it simple!) in the New Year with Fitness Inspired! We are keeping it simple in the month of January by focusing on four daily disciplines to help improve our lives. This will increase the flexibility of your body and you will avoid any sprains or injuries etc. Not only this, but thanks to warm-up exercise, your circulation increases. Joints, muscles are opened and the movements of the knees are improved in addition to the spine.
