2018 is here and as always, we're planning on ROCKING this year! Before the holiday break and during the four day challenge we asked you, Fitness Inspirers, for input of what you want to accomplish during 2018.
Throughout this year we will be tracking our success with each goal that we accomplish. Some should be easy and some most likely will prove to be very challenging. Its time to KISS (keep it simple!) in the New Year with Fitness Inspired! We are keeping it simple in the month of January by focusing on four daily disciplines to help improve our lives. One of the disciplines that we want to practice everyday is finding a way to make a healthy habit more convenient. Just little things that can save time or help make life easier for ourselves.
