7 Ways to Celebrate Summer- Fitness Inspired Style

These are my top 7 ways to celebrate a Fitness Inspired Summer! I would love to hear either your favorite item(s) on the list to enjoy this summer and if you have any to add.  Here's to a Happy & Healthy Summer! Cheers (with fruit infused water of course ;))
  1. Workout Outside: whether that be local 5k's, going for walks with co-workers at lunch, or rocking an outdoor interval workout...I love hosting workouts outside especially this time of year!
  2. Drink Infused Water: try infusing your water for some summertime flair with things like: basil, mint, watermelon, strawberries, cucumbers.
  3. Eat More Surf: I know I am not getting the recommended weekly servings of fish in my diet. Summertime is the perfect time of year to up your seafood game with grilling and just with fresh food flavors...think tilapia tacos salad with fresh crisp veggies.
  4. Get out on the Turf: find every excuse to get outside.  Soak up the sunshine and fresh air you will be happier for it!
  5. Grill your dinner. bonus points for grilling veggies as your main course
  6. Establish a mind-set that living healthy and Fitness Inspired is a way of life so you enjoy doing it on the weekends and on vacation
  7. Suns out Guns out: Enjoy feeling strong and motivated--because you are.  Start or continue living that journey :)
