What’s your sane list? Not the New Years email you expected to be receiving right? Truth is, I have been very challenged with adjusting to my more corporate America work from home job. As I found myself saying to Addison one night at bedtime “we all have our stuff Addison.”
So enough about my stuff, let’s think about our toolbox to keep ourselves sane when shit hits the fan, or the paper cuts start to add up. One tool of mine is a walk while listening to music, which is what I’m doing as I write this to take a break and gain perspective! So my "Stay Sane" list:
