3 Ways to get Fired Up and Live Your Best Life

1. Get coaches in important areas of your life!
Prioritize coaching in your life will get you to where you want to go-- in a better more efficient way.  We all have a finite amount of energy, time, and resources.  Make it your goal to take action with this by getting a coach in an important area of your life, being a better coach to yourself, and being a coach to others!  When you get coaches and mentors they will lead you in a way they are an expert in, and you will reap the benefits that all successful people see the value in.  Be a better coach to yourself-- reign in and put a positive spin on your self-talk, don't give up on yourself--EVER, and start taking action NOW with what you want to be more amazing at.  Be a mentor and coach to others.  You will reap the benefits 10 fold when you lift others up and help people in an area that you have already learned some in's and outs in.  YOU got this!! What can you do today in: getting a coach, being a better coach to yourself and/or helping others succeed as well!
2. Make a positive impact!
This world would be a much better place if we could all focus more on making a positive impact!  This is definitely one of my life's missions and I hope you are inspired to take action with making more of a positive impact on your world too!  So how can we do this? (1) Simply making it a goal, is a great start! (2) Next be intentional with your time and continue to shape your schedule and your life so you can work, live, and play in areas of your strengths! (3) Positive Vibes Only- keep a positive mind-set and surround yourself with others who you want to be more like! Doing these three steps on repeat, will have such a positive impact on your own life and all who cross your path!

3. Restore and fuel your fire!
​Remember that you can't pour anything from an empty cup, you must fill your own cup first in order to fill others!  Make time to restore your energy and fill your cup and make it non-negotiable. This may seem hard-core to some, but it is super important and I don't want you to have to go through any of the pain of neglecting self-care and restoration if you don't have to. Here are some little ideas that can help you get in the regular rhythm of restoring and fueling your fire--give yourself a 10 minute break in the day to: meditate, stretch, foam roll, take a walk without technology, and enjoy the little things in life! Focus on the positive and pay attention to what is awesome and beautiful about other people and the world today.
