We have been challenged ourselves to do a gutsy act or action. Here are some examples Fitness Inspirers have done to inspire you... 
  • Reached out to someone we were nervous to talk to.
  • Explored a city we were unfamiliar with and had an interview 
  • Asked someone to take a workout picture of us on a day that our head wasn't getting out of our "comfortable bed" 
  • Dealt with an issue at work that we had been avoiding for over a year. 
More to add this year:
  • Stepped up to Fitness Inspired two-a-day Mondays
  • Attempting Negative Pull-Ups at the Park
  • Taking the modification/alternative exercises rather than skipping that workout.
  • Signing up and rocking Monday-Friday 5:30am workouts rather than her normal 3 mornings a week.

You see, the easier path is just that "comfortable." Doing what we are comfortable doing will not allow us to grow and be brave. 


I am so proud of all of you who stepped up to the challenge and got gutsy. We would love to have more people joining us to "do something that scares you" (in a healthy way!) challenge.
