For me, I don’t share my wins until they happen☝️typing this sounds super obvious ? but I have been on teams or accountability groups and if I say I’m going to do it but haven’t actually taken the action yet I’m more likely to have a conflict or let’s be real an excuse why it can’t be done. Buuuuut, if I don’t address the action step until it’s done it’s way better.
