Reset Review

This is a little review, behavioral take-aways we will continue, and of course results from our Ultimate Reset. The Ultimate Reset is a 21 day system that overhauls and resets your food, and gut made by Beachbody.

First off, I love a team and accountability - I wouldn't have made it past day 1 without the accountability and united mission of our little group. So if you are interested in doing this with me as your coach - keep reading and let me know so we can get you set up :)

I did this cleanse with 3 other Fitness Inspirers and included some of their feedback too.

What We Learned

  • Meals are not really a problem for me. They are usually balanced and nutritious. Mindless snacking throughout the day is my problem. This was good because it set up a routine for me which helped me avoid that
  • Convenience is very important. Prep goes a long way. Since it is all fresh/homemade/clean food, it does take significant prep. The only way I was able to do this even at a B+ level was prepping at the beginning of the week and making quinoa, making several servings of dressing, chopping veggies. 
  • Clean eating not only helps me drop weight, but my body and mind feels better when I'm lighter. 
  • ​My stomach and digestion are better when I remove dairy, fats, alcohol and processed sugars.​

Results

  • Lost 9.9 lbs. since the beginning of the month and down 0.75 inches in my waist.​
  • ​Down 8 lbs and waist 1 inch down​​
  • Lost 5 lbs. and 3 inches down
  • Lost 4 inches, better digestion, less bloating
  • Feeling great!

Moving Forward

  • I will continue power greens several days a week. It fills me up, hydrates and I feel better
  • Make my plate differently and eat much less meat and lots more veggies
  • I will definitely do the reset again sometime in early 2019
