19 Fitness Inspired Goals in 2019

We have a fresh new start, and the FI community came up with goals to give us milestones for the upcoming year. We are so excited for everything we have ahead of us. Join us in living an FI lifestyle this year!
  1. Be able to do ___ Pull up(s)
  2. Complete the ___ Atomics ___ TRX Rows ___Burpees - Pick 1 number for all 3 (like the 40-40-40 challenge)!
  3. Hit the magic habit number of 66 with Fitness Inspired Workouts
  4. __ consecutive rocky abs
  5. Cure Dumb Butt Syndrome in the FI community
  6. Recruit 1 (or more) New Fitness Inspirer(s) each month - Each Fitness Inspirer can invite someone to join them for FI week for free! Think about the people in your life that could benefit from live and/or online workout programs, as well as the Fitness Inspired Community.
  7. Try to get 150 min of activity each week - The American Heart Association recommends that we get at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise every week to improve our overall health. Even progress towards this is a win! Think about the current amount of exercise you get already, and try to increase this by 30 min this week.
  8. 2 Shrinking waistline collectively losing 19” each time
  9. Try 19 new FI approved meals
  10. Drink 32 oz of water before noon every day - It's often recommended to use your body weight/2 in ounces for a base of how much water you should be drinking each day. I find that if I get 32 oz in the morning, I have no problem reaching my daily goal.
  11. Hit your 7+ hours of sleep per night to be your best - Establish a relaxing night time routine to get the best night's rest. Check out these sleep blogs to get motivated for hitting 7-9 hours! How Sleep Helps Us Achieve Goals & What Your Bad Sleeping Habits Could Be Doing to You
  12. Every day, say something positive about yourself/the progress you’re making - It is SO important that we maintain a positive view of ourselves, so reminding ourselves of this impacts us in more ways you would think.
  13. Attend a 5k as a group
  14. Contribute more positive vibes to our community - We can do this by being generous with our compliments and encouragement with each workout to promote positivity in our immediate community. Additionally, we will participate in more FI for a cause events this year!
  15. Offer 3 or more team programs
  16. Get in 10-15k steps a day - It's recommended that we try to get at least 10,000 steps in every day. The more, the better! Taking walks is a great way to be active, clear your head, or spend some quality time with yourself or loved ones!
  17. Host awesome results parties to celebrate our wins and progress
  18. 2-hill months
  19. Live our best Fitness Inspired year!
